I went and got a estimate, told Yesenia I would get her a call back once I get all my hardcopies together.. then I received in my mail a tax return check that I never signed or approved.. I thought ok whatever its already done not doing my taxes again with them but now I need my tax return copies to get a mortgage loan but they keep telling me they send them to my email and they are not. I tried to talk to yesenia 10 times different days but they keep telling me they’re too busy. I absolutely dont recommend this place
