Extremely unprofessional and rude. A guy named 'Joe' wouldn't even have the courtesy to explain or hear out, wgich in my case was wrongly reported. He didn't even have the patience to explain the issue. Suspect fraud.
I explained my situation to “Joe”, I believe is his name, and every conversation with him has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He lacks empathy but I guess not having empathy is something that these rodents require to work here. Absolutely awful. I have never been so disrespected in my life.
Total scam! Nasty disgusting individuals. Do not talk to these rodents. They represent scumbags.
