A big thank you to the lady in the office that went to great lenghts to obtain replacement parts for my Intu blinds, that I broke taking them down from the windows. Great service!
I searched the internet and saw they were open 24/7. I work shift. I drove by for spares at 6.30 last Sunday morning after work to find they were closed , really hacked off.
We have used Bilanco for all of our blinds, both in our old flat and new house, and the service has been fantastic each time. Very high quality blinds and work, we definitely wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds. The whole process was easy and quick, and we're very happy with all of our blinds.

Excellent local company, trading for many years and couldn't be more helpful. Windows were measured and there was a huge range of blinds to choose from (in fact so many i took ages to decide) plus lots of extra fittings to customise them. The blinds are hand made and when they came and fitted them the young man was so helpful and made no mess . Would highly recommend them i wouldn't go anywhere else!
Ordered 2 sets of blinds which arrived as advised two weeks later. Fitted perfectly and they look great. Audrey and the team were fantastic to deal with and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend Bilanco Blinds.
Do not buy blinds from Bilnco. Measuring, fitting and customer service is deplorable. Told lies from everyone. Ordered roller blinds (8 off ) on 11th November 2024 for our semi octagonal conservatory, to be made the same as the ones that were already up with the chords at same positions. Paid £200 deposit and estimator said they would be ready Monday 18th,but give an xtra 2 days I phoned the director Audrie Biscotti on Friday 15th for a fitting time on Monday, she said the blinds would not be fitted for at least another ... read more
