Biku had just relocated & were trying to get everything in place. However, I found the staff attentive & very cooperative in allowing me to take a rug sample home which resulted in a purchase. They have been attentive, followed up with purchase & delivery details & cooperative in every way. It is a beautiful store, with quality furniture & decor & highly recommend them for wonderful service
