The staff at Kelowna Biktrix are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very positive and helped me with a few minor issues with my bike. I would highly recommend them for service and quality of their products!

Came in for a pedal repair and the guys were incredibly kind!
Got 2 folding bikes for a great deal! Had to come back because the battery wouldn't come out. Was fixed by Dylan so quick and easy! The rest of the staff are so wonderful. Best experience ive ever had at a bike shop. Went all over town and these guys had the best price, warranty and the best service
