Wow what an amazing product and purchase experience. I got the "Juggernaut Duo" on Christmas eve. On site immediate financing, many different types and styles of E-Bikes and accessories to chose from. In addition to competitive pricing, the discounts available to chose from made this experience the smoothes ive had in a really long time. I highly recommend going to the store and speaking with Wade. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood the bike features and warranty in detail. Wade and his team in Kelowna have been SOOOO helpful and knowledgeable with me finding parts and taking the time out of their day to help me. Never have I felt pushed into a sale of a new bike, but more so helping me in the place I am with my current one's. I have had a few Bixtrix bikes and they are by FAR one of the best bikes on the market if not the best. My parents have them as well and haven't been more pleased. Thanks again Wade for what you do for me.
