I just stopped by the shop because I got a piece of clothing caught in my E-Bike (after struggling to get it out myself for weeks!). Andrew got it out within a minute and politely refused to take payment. It was my first time at the shop, but after such a positive and gracious interaction, it will definitely not be my last!
