I originally found a used bike on eBay I wanted, but eBay was being pedantic and wouldn't process my credit card. Pedro reached out to me directly and gave me the same price as the eBay listing. He constantly kept me up to date and was just super easy to deal with. When I got the bike, it was missing a component. I reached out to Pedro, and he had it in the mail the same day. You simply do not get this kind of customer service in most places.
