I recently had the opportunity to purchase a TT bicycle from Biking Bicycle Garage and it was a pleasant experience, most important of all they stand up for the product they sell and also provide immediate assistance on any questions related to your purchase. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
Pedro didn't honor his Google appt. He said they don't wk weekends, well his calendar still has weekend appts available. So he told me to come in on Monday. His shop doesn't fix bikes but he will make N exception. I arrived on Monday and before he even sees my bike he said he can't give tune up. It's hard to find bike mechanic.
Pedro, Sales Manager for Biking Bicycle Garage, was so helpful and courteous as we determined which address we wanted for shipping. With a late afternoon purchase, Pedro made sure FedEx picked up the bike Wednesday evening. The bike was delivered, perfectly wrapped before noon Saturday morning. Company was easy to communicate with and service beyond reproach.
Wow my wife and I bought 3 road bikes each every one of them were professional maintained and polished clean just unbox, put together and the hold bike was well adjusted ready to ride Super great company.I live across country and the bike was well packaged.I’m very satisfied with this company Biking Bicycle Garage.and also great value a lot of bike for the price..thank you for the peace of mind.
