Had a flat tire on the way to work, they took great care of me provided a sturdier inner tube they even tighten up my brakes and got rid of the squeaks surprisingly busy this morning which is a good thing for business

I highly recommend this place. My mom bought a bike first and then I bought the Urtopia Joy from Bikeways. The service was impeccable and Joe even delivered the bike to my door. It was a great experience!
Joe and Mike are awesome! Even though they are very busy, they are always quick to help. Recently, we had to replace a tire. We couldn't break the bead no matter what we did. Our bikes are our sole mode of transportation, so we were very frustrated. We stopped in and Joe took care of it for us. The prices are reasonable, and they have a good selection of bikes, etc. We are very happy to have Joe and Mike close to home!!!
Maybe a little unorthodox for a Google review since I haven't actually brought my e-bike in yet (scheduled drop-off is July 6th or 7th), but first impressions matter. The customer service on the phone was fantastic, and scheduling a tune-up was surprisingly easy.
