The guys helped tremendously with selecting a bike rack and gave me a great price.
Jalen , Doug & Pat are the most helpful knowledgeable people in the bike industry. Every question or concern I had they all jumped in to make sure I understood completely. I appreciate the time they all took to make me feel comfortable about the bike I wanted to buy . There should be 10 stars for this review. Outstanding is the service you receive when you walk thru their doors .
Had an amazing experience at Bikeway! Doug and Jalen were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a new road bike. Doug helped me with some upgrades that perfectly suited my needs, and the collaboration process was smooth and enjoyable. The service was on point, and he didn’t push me with any hard sales tactics, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike, top-notch service and expert advice!
Brought my e bike in to fix a flat tire. This thing rides better than when I bought it. Amazing job and done in one day, for not much more than the price of the tire. Truly great store
