Questionable Ethics. Bought a brand new E bike, which had a battery failure right after I bought it. When I took it back, poor follow up from service. Had to keep bugging them. They ended up replacing my battery with a lower powered battery that was not comparable to the one that came to the Bike. Tried to pass it off as the same replacement part. I won't go back
