Bike rental for vacation in Florida for two weeks. I got an E bike, the "Haul-ST" model. Very basic and easy to ride and operate. Very patient with me, easy and clear instructions. Didn't laugh or disrespect my questions and general clumsiness. Ethan was very relaxed, respectful and helpful. Truly appreciate the help. Price was more than fair.
