Received a damaged bike wheel. Can’t use it at all and have been trying to contact the company since September. No response at all.
they are a bunch of crooks, I ordered a $400 tent and received a front wheel instead. Sent a calltag to return front wheel, now they won't give me a reply about my tent. no refund no tent yet..
Several issues. I purchased a front and rear wheel sets for my mountain bike. The rear wheel took forever to get delivered. The front wheel had some locking nuts that were stripped out. Along with the bad lock nuts, one outer bearing was installed backwards! I emailed several times about the wheelset and they never messaged back.
RecommendedI ordered a helmet and did not realize how long it would take to get. I asked for a refund and was issued one almost immediately. Great customer service in my experience.
stop ripping people off!! you are better off ordering something from China, it will actually ship and you will receive it faster then this clown Daniel end bike somewhere. com can ever hope to achieve!

I have a new issue with this company. They have lied in a response to a review I posted on this site. They state that I was refunded on "07-09-20 @ 01:54:45". The truth is that I was refunded on 08/10/20. Strangely enough, this is the same day that I posted a negative review about them here and also emailed them again stating that I had done so and asking why they thought it was ok to try to steal from me. They replied saying that they had not received a return from me. I sent them the tracking number, receipt with their add... read more

the customer is incorrect. The charge was issued on the day we show it was. This is a timestamp from our credit card company. We don't know what chart they are using, as we do not show a sizing chart on our site, all sizing charts are on the manufacturer's website. If the product has a size range, it is directly provided by the individual manufacturer, as all sizing is different and we do not create these charts. In regards to return shipping charge, we do not know how they paid for it or how it was shipped, and ye $63 seems... read more

I purchased a new Sears bike onlin for my son's birthday. That was on 16th July. I received them broken. It has not been used. When I called the company online, they said that it was through BikeSomeWhere (as a third party). Ever since then I am calling the company (that is placed on India). They send endless messages to BikeSomeWhere, and no response!!!
