Expect poor mechanical work that puts the rider of the bike at a great risk for injury. Defend their horrible work by lying and starting rumors. Bikesmiths word and work cannot be trusted at all. Expect something completely different than what was agreed upon. One of the worst bicycle shops I've ever seen.
