Stopped in today for some help with a derailleur that I just couldn't get dialed in by myself. Master mechanic Steve stopped what he was doing and jumped right on my issue. He was able to get it fixed while i waited and sent me on my way a happy customer. Excellent service and great problem solvers. Thanks Steve!
You know when things slowly get worse over time we don't seem to notice? Well that's what was happening with my S Works Kenevo. Andrew and the guys at Bikesmith went through my bike... and seriously, I think it's better now than it was when it was new. Not only that, when you walk in they actually say things like "hello" and "welcome" as opposed to making you feel like you are imposing on their texting. I don't write reviews unless something was exceptionally good or bad - I'm happy to say Bikesmith is AMAZING.
I was up in Prescott for a family emergency and wanted to get out on a bike and clear my head. They got me set up with a great bike and even a helmet for my tiny noggin. Don't hesitate to visit they are great!
