I was in Prescott for a few days with family and brought along my bike. Unfortunately I broke my derailleur hanger on day one. Bikesmith Cyclery did their best to get me up and running but unfortunately my hanger is unique and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. So, they did the next best thing and set me up with a great rental and pointed me to some fantastic trails. I really appreciated their efforts and loved riding in Prescott.
Phenomenal service. Andrew saved my butt when my cranks tried to quit on me in the middle of a week long trip 13 hours from home. Highly recommend these guys!
Was in town for a race and needed a last minute adjustment to my rear derailleur. Cam knocked this out quickly and perfectly for me at 4pm the evening before the race - super appreciated!!
Stopped in today for some help with a derailleur that I just couldn't get dialed in by myself. Master mechanic Steve stopped what he was doing and jumped right on my issue. He was able to get it fixed while i waited and sent me on my way a happy customer. Excellent service and great problem solvers. Thanks Steve!
You know when things slowly get worse over time we don't seem to notice? Well that's what was happening with my S Works Kenevo. Andrew and the guys at Bikesmith went through my bike... and seriously, I think it's better now than it was when it was new. Not only that, when you walk in they actually say things like "hello" and "welcome" as opposed to making you feel like you are imposing on their texting. I don't write reviews unless something was exceptionally good or bad - I'm happy to say Bikesmith is AMAZING.
