These are the best shoes for folk with big feet and wide feet. I looked everywhere and this is the only place I could find a cycling shoe that fit me very well. Most shoes are narrow and not wide enough. I am going to order 3 more pair 1 in black and 1 white pair for my road bike along with another bike shoe and spd cleat for my spin class at the gym. Their prices were way better than anyone else and their customer service is exceptional. There was a problem with the cleats and I sent them an email. They shipped new ones the same day. This is how customer service should be. Thank you.

Purchase process was fine. Delivery fine. But they did not fit me and I needed a return. The shoes were delivered by UPS but the return is USPS. They ship using the manufacturer's box wrapped very tightly in a plastic shipping wrap. No way to open without destroying even if I knew that I'd have to return it. The return sais that if the manufacturer's box is ruined in shipping they will charge 25% restocking. Which means I've got to wrap or box it myself and drive it to a USPS office. I'll not be using them again.
Fast shipping and very courteous service and will do business with them again
