I'm currently trying to retrieve a bike they had of mine when it closed down. Can anyone help?
I’ve left 2 bikes to be sold by the shop. It was months ago and I haven’t heard back anything. Shop appears to be closed now and nobody answers or returns my calls. I’ll be reporting it to the police.
I've been using bike sheds a few years been good till bikes been in for a repair till landlord has changed the locks on the shop and I've heard nothing from bike sheds bikes still in there after 4 weeks
Took my bike in for a service after ~5000km and desperate need of a refurb. Rob sorted this for me with a quick turn around and got the bike back to its former glory. After the first service there were some issues which arose, but Rob said no problem and took it in to fix straight away. No arguments, no complaints, just good quality customer service.

I purchased their own bike brand - Brighton Bike 2 years ago and super happy with it and with the service they continue to provide including text message reminders, info about whats needed and price before fixing plus extremely good value for money.
