Sebastian and Bikes Plus are fantastic. They have incredible values, with a great selection of products and services. One of the employees (I believe the owner) Sebastian sponsors local races including triathlons. During the bike portion of a local triathlon, I got a flat tire 6 miles out. He volunteered to drive his mobile bike shop out to fix my tire, and refused to take any money for it. He fixed it in no time, and gave me some much needed encouragement while doing it. Didn’t catch the guys name working in the store but he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He was very busy with tune ups and several other customers coming and going, but still took the time to help me out with my bike seat and post.
I chose this Bikes Plus because they had no problem working on bikes they don't sell. Brought my Duotts n26 there for a flat repair and installation of Tannus Armour Tire Liners (obviously an installation that was a bit too late). I also asked if he could check out my throttle which wasn't working. He installed the liners replaced the tubes (needed smaller tubes because of liners) and checked the throttle which he couldn't repair because it was defective (Duotts has finally agreed to replace the defective throttle).
