I wish I would have known about this place sooner! Real bike shop that can fix old and new. Not snobby or high pressure. We had a quick problem and they fixed it quick and got us back peddling! Friendly people and cute dogs. Selection of new bikes was good and they were knowledgeable. I’d drive here from further away just for the service.
Erik was extremely knowledgeable and the most helpful! The entire staff was very patient and very courteous. Definitely two thumbs up and I will be back for all of my bicycle needs!
Just had a great experience at Bikes Plus in South Stuart! Erik and another person were very friendly and helpful and fixed my flat tire quickly while I waited. Erik has a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of bicycles and cycling in general and I enjoyed learning many things while waiting on the repair. Thank you Erik and the other tech for being so helpful and friendly!
I’m not gonna lie they do Great service! The team at Bikes Plus South did an amazing job repairing my bike. They are professional, fast, and very helpful. I’m definitely bringing my next bike here for all my maintenance. Highly recommended!
Just went in to look. Just wanted to look. I understand the guy was trying to find out what we wanted but he asked so many questions we felt like we were being tested, not looking for bikes for leisurely rides. When people just want to look, let them look without hovering and questioning.
