I don’t leave many reviews but this one is well deserved. Sebastian had me try two different sized bikes repeatedly because I wasn’t 100% sure which one to get. He wanted me to be confident with my purchase. He provided guidance until I finally figured it out. He was busy working on a bike when I got there, yet he was still extremely patient while assisting me. Sebastian is awesome. Fast, effective and affordable repair service.
Sebastian and Bikes Plus are fantastic. They have incredible values, with a great selection of products and services. One of the employees (I believe the owner) Sebastian sponsors local races including triathlons. During the bike portion of a local triathlon, I got a flat tire 6 miles out. He volunteered to drive his mobile bike shop out to fix my tire, and refused to take any money for it. He fixed it in no time, and gave me some much needed encouragement while doing it. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. He is so very patient and kind in explaining what is the problem, how to fix it yourself, or ultimately fixing it for you. His tune-ups are very reasonable. He will even come to your house if you can't transport the bike yourself. I highly recommend this shop.
