Went into this store today, May 30, 2021 to get a quote for a tuneup. The guys behind the counter were very arrogant and even interrupted me before I could finish asking him a question I had regarding a tuneup. Will not be back! I have two bikes and will be doing business elsewhere!

So funny story, I purchased a bicycle on Facebook marketplace. The bike seemed like a good deal, so I purchased it. Well one day riding by Bikes plus I stopped in to see what kind of upgrades were available (excellent selection by the way). So come to find out that actual bike was stolen from that store. I just want to tell everyone how well the situation was handled thank you so much. I will be doing all my business with these guys top notch and fair. If it seems to good to be true well it usually is.
Amazing service. We bought bikes from them about a month ago- went in today to get cupholders and not only did they put them on for us they noticed my son’s kickstand was loose and brought out a wrench to tighten it up.
Chris was wonderful helping my wife and I find the best bikes for us. We were very impressed by the knowledgeable and professional staff that took time to answer every question we had. Thank you! We love the bikes!
Nicest people ever! They got my grandson’s bike ready for him to be a two wheeler bike rider today for the first time! We definitely be back!
