The staff is super friendly and helpful. Awesome crew.
I was impressed with the Bikesonline showroom. The showroom was in an easy to find location using Google maps. They had a large array of bicycles on display to allow verification of sizing as well as test ride. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the bicycles in regards to fit and specifications. Purchase of a bicycle was an easy and simple experience as the bicycle we purchased was available in their inventory.
Worst post-sales experience with emails ignored! Avoid the headache and buy it from a reliable local store who will stand by the product they sell.
Do not purchase a Polygon bike. Problems started the moment we opened the box — it arrived with a flat tube. Customer service has been a nightmare to reach, and we’ve replaced five tubes in less than 10 months of normal neighborhood riding on paved roads. We finally took the bike to a local shop, and they discovered the issue: it was shipped with the wrong size rim straps, which caused a crease on the rim and rubbed through the underside of every tube we replaced. I loved the location of the Bikesonline warehouse in Carlsbad. The showroom was really nice, loved seeing the bikes on display. The staff is awesome, everyone there was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the bikes and products they sell. Looking forward to their next sales event.
