Bad experience. Too many time to send the order even when you pay for express delivery. Stay away, buy anywhere except here.
Been trying to get a hold of them because I got a large bike instead of a medium. I also paid extra for the insurance too. I would not recommend buying a bike from them. If you have issues with your order you will not get any help. There were a few other bikes that I wanted from them, but now I know to not trust buying from them again. I highly recommend going to your local bike shop instead. Also my bike almost came a week late.
Worst customer service experience ever. Received my order May 18, opened the box - got delivered Polygon T6 instead of T8. Immediately reached out to sales team - customer support was unreachable. They created a ticket for me. I was planning a mtb trip with my friends and family for Memorial Day weekend. Well, they ruined it for me.
