I had a great experience buying my Ex-Demo Polygon Siskiu T7E. The bike itself is exactly what I needed—the frame feels super stable on descents, and the Shimano motor gives it plenty of punch for climbing drills. The customer support was also genuinely impressive. Ryan went out of his way to help me navigate the checkout process so I could successfully use my HSA card, and Marinela was really quick to answer all my post-purchase setup questions via email. Wanted to give a shout out to Marinela I’m warranty department customer service. We had purchased 2 bikes now from bikes online. The second was an electric bike and we had a problem with a shock losing pressure. We sent an email and had to send them pictures and a video and the part was replaced right away. We accidentally sent to many items back to them, we forgot to take out the bushing. Marinela went the extra mile and got it back to us very quickly. Not only did you send a bike without a part. Not only did you not fix the error before Christmas when it was nice warm outside to ride on winter break. When you sent the replacement part you sent it without the nut! You took additional days and my time to get pictures, which you did not review! You did not address questions, and sent one part without the pair. You never bother to address my question about a quick release seat post. Clearly you don't care about customer service. We all get spam sales calls every day, but I just got one of the worst sales calls I can remember from this company... I was on their website earlier today, and I guess they got my phone number because I added a bike to my cart in shop.pay. When the person said where they were calling from and asked me if I was still in the market for a bike, I responded by saying that I did not want sales calls like this and I asked to be taken off of the list.
