I purchased a Superior XF 979 TR from BikesOnline, and on my very first ride I noticed the bike was rattling heavily on the trails. The rear suspension was creaking (which I managed to fix temporarily by applying fresh grease), but the fork still makes loud noises and clearly has issues. Later, I found out that the derailleur hanger doesn’t screw into the frame properly — the hole in the frame is too wide in diameter. That’s a serious manufacturing defect. Bike components began to break after just a few miles of riding. Customer service to resolve this issue has been terrible!
Since I'm local to the warehouse, I decided to stop by and checkout the showroom in person. Glad I did as instead of making a decision based on my own independent research, I was helped by Ryan to make a more informed decision with what my price range is vs my requirements for bike use. Even was able to have the bike shipped to the warehouse and have them assemble instead of shipping direct to my home which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.
Bad experience. Too many time to send the order, too many time for delivery. They took too long to answer my messages.
