I've only visited here a couple of times but they've always been friendly, welcoming and they've always been able to do whatever I've needed. Plus the shop is like the tardis- it looks small and a bit grubby outside but inside it's cavernous and beautifully laid out, with some extremely desirable bikes. I could spend all day in here.
The Daylesford Dharma School has been able to work with Bikes on Latrobe to kit out our students for Bike Ed and to set up our bike maintenance program in our Bike Hub. They are sooo helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and generous to our small school. Love their business culture and ethics.
I recently asked Adam Lewis at Bikes on Latrobe for a recommendation for a new mountain bike. Adam suggested a Rocky Mountain Element that should suit the trails at Creswick. I bought the bike and reckon it’s the best bike that I have ever ridden. Adam set the bike up for me and it’s perfect in every way. I also took my 6 year old hard tail for a service and it’s running very sweet. Can highly recommend Bikes on Latrobe for fantastic service, advice and repairs.
Shock was fine shock pump was just faulty worked fine after switching pumps stations just had a little big of grease on the seals cause I little bit of leakage which I found out was totally normal👍
Thanks to the good folk for checking and fitting a new chain at short notice. Great staff and proper bike shop 💪👍🏁
