Incredible customer service - the staff went above and beyond to ensure as a beginner, that I was set up with the correct bike, fitting and gear. Will continue to shop here and recommend to anyone. Great stock, great staff, exceptional service.
It appears city centre cycles and bikes on high are the same business. Extremely rude and condescending customer service. Typical of Rockhampton customer service/attitude. People say shop local, not if people act like that. Avoid at all costs.
