Service was pretty limited. We were there to purchase bike parts but the lady serving was more interested in people wanting test rides. Found what we wanted cheaper online including postage. The store however is nice and well appointed with plenty of stock. Pity about the staff.
Excellent customer service. Exceeded my expectations. Good job guys I found all that my little 2yo needs to start BMX.
Customer Service is appalling. My daughter special ordered and lay buyed a bike for 8 yr old sons bday, almost a month ago. Paid off yesterday, be in to collect to. Yep have it ready with the extra specs she ordered, different wheels ect. Got a phone call this morning, the wheels don't fit !! We can get them next week. Seriously bday tomorrow, went in to get a refund. We can refund via bank deposit or card but won't go in bank for 7 to 10 days.
