Customer Service is appalling. My daughter special ordered and lay buyed a bike for 8 yr old sons bday, almost a month ago. Paid off yesterday, be in to collect to. Yep have it ready with the extra specs she ordered, different wheels ect. Got a phone call this morning, the wheels don't fit !! We can get them next week. Seriously bday tomorrow, went in to get a refund. We can refund via bank deposit or card but won't go in bank for 7 to 10 days. My E-bike got a puncture (way too much broken glass everywhere here in Rocky, disgraceful) and I got an Uber to Bikes On High where they were able to replace the fat tyre's inner tube and get me back on the road. Thanks!
