Exceptional service from Cisco, Vanessa and Ronan - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I took my 2018 Giant Trance in for a full service / partial rebuild - it now feels better than new. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Bikes N Shocks are experts at what they do, and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!
Great range of top tier brands of bikes accessories and parts followed by super experienced team of mechanics. If you are a mountain biker that’s the place to buy parts and service your bike. Vanessa and Cisco are extremely helpful friendly and always provided me a great experience and customer service. Always when you need something more niche you find it there, very lucky to have them around the corner.
