The owner couldn't even be bothered to stop working on a bike to actually serve a customer, who waited patiently. There wasn't even any acknowledgement that he was there waiting. He gave up and walked out eventually. Simply terrible customer service!
First day of King Alfred Way and ripped my cheap pannier bags off the bike on some branches. The shop was open the following morning and i got fitted out with a full set of Oxford touring bags that are brilliant. Excellent service and products. Thank you for your help!!!
