First day of King Alfred Way and ripped my cheap pannier bags off the bike on some branches. The shop was open the following morning and i got fitted out with a full set of Oxford touring bags that are brilliant. Excellent service and products. Thank you for your help!!!

Bike broke next day not my fault didn’t even ride it
My tier broke after I left and it cost me £18 to get a "new" tier.
Brian serviced my bike within a day, and every time I've gone in there with a problem he's fixed it right away.
