This place is awesome! They got my bike all fixed up and even had parts in the store so I could upgrade my seat and pedals. I’m excited to give my new bike a go.
As a community driven location and part of the biking community how do you maintain such a laissez faire attitude with no commitment to your clientele
I came into the shop needing a new tire and inner tube. The manager, Wes, suggested I also get it serviced. When they finished, Wes ensured me of how it was good to go saying these tires were "more resistant to being punctured easily" 20 minutes later not my tire, but my inner tube pops. I go back, they give me a new inner tube that ends up popping. It's not till the next day when they diagnose what's going on to be a rim issue.
