Went in knowing nothing about bikes. West was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great service!
Wes was amazing. I’m from out of town and had a flat, he opened early, solved my issue, calmly explained everything he was doing, and his rates are super reasonable. Everyone should visit his store.
If you’re into ideas like mutual aid, class consciousness, and worker solidarity, this is your bike shop. It’s the only place I’ll take my bike in Columbus, because the way this place operates is essentially based on these values. They use a sliding scale for people who are financially insecure and rely on their bikes for their primary transportation.
