Took my bike in for a bit of work, wheels rear derailleur, disc brakes, Lucas is amazing customer service and tech. Very knowledgeable. I will bring the rest of my family bikes here. The bike now rides fantastic.
Disappointed for the unsatisfactory service. Charged me around 50 bucks for just putting the ball bearings in place in the rear wheel hub which isn’t even a 10 min job. I pointed out that a new cassette needed to be installed ( which was the real problem) as it wasn’t rotating but the technician kept arguing that this is how it is. All in all the problem still remains and charges are totally unfair.
Awful service. I arrived and asked the guy if he could let me know what the issue with my bike was, and he didn’t even mind, just to double-check if it needed a tune-up. I told him I bought it on the marketplace and he said: “Oh, for sure you need a tune-up, which costs 150$”. I decided to take it to the Trek store, and they didn’t even charge me; they just told me it was an easy fix, and they did it right away.
Great shop! Got a tune up and my drive train & brakes replaced. My bike is like new again!
