Casey is a true professional. He pays attention to details, and he has vast knowledge about bicycles. He is concerned about the riders' safety and the quality of his work. Customer service and communication were on another level. He sent me every update of the repair and maintenance progress.

I saw Casey at a bike meeting @ Terrey Hills awhile ago. In upgrading my rear bead I had huge problems fitting a new tyre with a Vittoria airliner. I'd found out I had damaged the bead on the tyre & I was thinking my wheel wasn't true. Casey's knowledge on wheels is exceptional. He did a amazing job on getting my rear wheel to the best it could be considering the tyre rim was damaged. I was also needing a new front fitted. Now and then when purchasing I'm pleasantly surprised. I ordered a frame and a few bits after finding these guys from the Dartmoor Website, called the owner to check stock, purchased and it turned up to Brisbane 2 days later, well packed and in perfect condition. Have since pointed this place out to a handful of friends. Will be shopping back here.
