Purchased a new Giant Fathom and some add ons yesterday and overall the experience was ok but room for improvement. I always felt rushed to hit the check out. I was browsing for parts and accessories and always felt like I was being pushed to the register to pay. I asked about trainers for the winter and the sales person just walked me over there and didn’t really give much insight on them.
