I brought my rim to Bikes & Beyond Bike Shop specifically to have it properly trued. I was told that the job had been completed and that the rim was trued. Unfortunately, after taking it home and having it carefully checked and verified by another mechanic, it became clear that the rim was still not properly trued. Amazing customer Service, I needed a part to fix my neighbours Granddaughter’s bike, I went in the fellow knew what I needed, unfortunately they didn’t stock one for purchase, he could tell I was trying to help a kid, he went in the back and came out with one that he had saved, he gave it me no charge. Absolutely amazing, thank you, I will recommend everyone to your store.
*Update* I brought my brand new 2025 Trek Fuel EX into this shop to be looked at. Unfortunately, I dealt with a highly unprofessional employee. Instead of focusing on Customer Experience And/or Customer Service, this employee was incredibly upset that I did not purchase it directly from their storefront. He explicitly argued with me, complaining that the public shouldn't be allowed to buy direct from there suppliers, and that it takes profits away from their store. Do not trust this company's high rating. They use an automated gating system specifically designed to bury negative reviews. They filter all incoming customer feedback: When you receive their feedback link, it asks if your experience was good or bad.
