I recently purchased 2 e bikes from this dealer and my experience with them was awesome. Steve and Marcie were so patient with my many questions and visits to their shop. They were so understanding with my lack of product knowledge and professionally educated me toward the bikes that met our needs. Excellent experience overall and loving the Cannondale bikes. Great staff and products.
Super nice staff always willing to help. Steve will give you his honest advice on any question that you have. And not only they sell bikes, they also fixed them
I've been coming here for years and the owners have been nothing but kind and helpful. Not sure what Chandler Amy is going on about - definitely not a Local Guide for cyling - Haywards in SJ isn't great. Not absolutely terrible, just not that great. Unlike Haywards, for example, when I order something, Bikes and Beans call me about it when it's ready for pickup. Occasionally they've had crazy deals on top-end shoes and other accessories.
