Chris and the team at bikes and scooters are friendly and helpful. Great knowledge, advice, and support. Being the local Trek agents, they are now my no1 go-to for all things Trek. They did a full diagnostic and firmware update on my eXe - handy to have this service in a local shop.
Just bought 2 EBikes from Chris. Great knowledge and information to get us on the best bikes for our needs. Sometimes people have to just be patient as Chris is on his own most of the time. Expect to have to book in your bike for a service, the mechanic isn't full time.
