I had my bike service done but it's still making noise. I came back, they charged me more. It is ok for money as he did more on my bike. The guy was not nice. A bad experience.
Found this shop online - near my office - and decided to give it a try. I've been going to the shop where I got my Giant road bike years ago.) I explained my bike was making a groaning sound in a few of the gears and that I also might need a chain. Curtis whipped out his chain tool and said "chain is good", so I left it for a tune up. He called me the next day to tell me the bike was perfect, but that maybe I didn't know about the "trim" function.
