Took my bike in to fix an issue with my gears and came away with a big smile. Xavier (I think that’s his name) was extremely helpful and taught me a lot about how to tune up my bike while he did it - great guy and great customer service.
Such a great place in Devonport to hire bikes and see the sights! Plus they’ve got the best range of e-bikes and scooters for sale. We bought are e-scooter from here and so impressed with the after sales service as well. The guys are so helpful
