We weren't able to test drive the bike they said because of their insurance policy. We drove quite a distance to pick the E trike up. I test drove it up and down our street it felt wobbly and unsafe. The person at the store said we had a motive because we wanted a refund. Poor customer service.
Just made our second purchase here. They go above and beyond. Excellent explanations of how everything works, polite, friendly, and definitely highly recommended.

Bought a bicycle from them for $300 and when I realized that they sold me a bike with a bent rog I brought it back and they tried to charge me for replacing the whole rod for $80. I told him. Can you fix it without doing that? They said they will hammer it and then they charged me $30 and the rug is still bent after paying the $30 . The damage on plastic was the chain falling on it !!!
Bad quality bikes, only used for 1 month and tires already broken. When buying they say the bikes are strong and good quality but when we bring in to fix the bike, they tell a different story.
