The wonderful people I dealt with had i live two and a half hours away, and they delivered my ebike and not only am I extremely happy with my purchase. I went to Bikers Zone to pick up a helmet after I got a secondhand bike. En route, the basket and chain both came off, and when I got to Bikers Zone, the employee working helped me get the bike in good shape again in no time at all. When it came time to pay, I found out that the help with bike was on the house. I am very appreciative of this store, and it is a loss to the neighbourhood that they will be moving to a new location
