Called up looking for a bearing . Gave the bloke on the phone the size and type and then he asked for the ID of it. If you can't work that out from the bearing size maybe you need to go back to bike mechanic school and learn. Was rude and unhelpful. again I'll give my money to the online market and the local bike shop misses out yet again.
Great people and service. The kind folks on Saturday helped my friends diagnose an issue and helped us get back on the road to our bikepacking weekend. Asked thoughtful questions without judgement. Highly recommend.
Bought two bikes from Bikeminded. Excellent service from Tristan and the team. I was provided with great info in to a range of different bikes, at different price points based on what they are going to be used for and wasn’t pressured in to any particular brand or price range. When I collected the bikes they gave me a proper run through on how the bike components work, and set the bikes up for us. This level of customer service is what buying local is all about.
