I recently purchased a new bike from BikeMinded and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team spent plenty of time with me setting the bike up properly and making sure everything was adjusted to suit me. What really stood out was the effort they put into explaining the ongoing maintenance, how to look after the bike, and how to use the bike computer. Had a great experience with Bike minded. The guys were knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer plenty of questions. What stood out was that there was no pressure or hard sell they listened to what I wanted from the bike, talked through different options, and helped me find the setup that suited me best. Excellent customer service and a genuinely enjoyable buying experience.
I brought my bike in a month ago for a service. They say that my wait will be just 2 weeks. After almost 5 weeks, I came back because no one had called me (I thought they had forgotten or that my number was wrong), and the bike was still the same. Totally poor business management and communication with the clients. Totally a waste of time. I've been working on that pass in a few different countries at bike shops for a long time.
