It is a really good place to get your bike survived. They now what they doing, their truthful, and they are realistic. Grate bike shop. Would recommend.
Wish I could give zero stars. I took my bike to Bikeline to fix three broken spokes. Mark, the staff there, arrogantly told me I needed to replace the entire wheel because the hub wasn’t spinning and the mechanic “couldn’t” remove the freewheel. He quoted $550 for the wheel alone (even though the actual price on their website was $320). On top of that, he said he’d charge $140 for service plus $100 per hour for 4 hours of labor just to “fix” it — an outrageous money grab.
