I took my bike to this store for service, and had a great experience. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and Christian did a great job servicing my Cannondale bike in a day. While I was there, a teenage boy went to pay Christian $5 because he did not have enough cash the other day when his bike was serviced, and Christian told the boy not to worry and just come back for future services. What a great neighborhood bike shop!
Great store, Outstanding service. I brought my bike for service that was not handled properly at a different shop. The Bike House team jumped right on it and went above and beyond. Thank You.
