Amazing service! Thank you John for saving the day. Blown sidewall 3 miles from McKittrick on the Katy Trail & BikeHermann came to our rescue with a new tire, and ice cold water to get us back on our wheels.
It’s my birthday. I wanted to go on a bike ride on the Katy trail with my girlfriend. She surprised me with a trip to Hermann Missouri. The owner was friendly. We walked in and got our bikes. They seemed to be in working order. We got across the street and barley rode up the hill when I attempted to shift gears. The gear shifter broke and we had to walk our bikes back to the shop. We rented a couple of bikes from John at BikeHermann. The bikes were well maintained, and John was very helpful. I highly recommend BikeHermann.
The bikes were great and in great condition! The owner gave us directions for us to see exactly see what we wanted to see. That was very helpful!
