Terrible business practices from owner Dex. Had me deliver an item to Toronto and decided to back out of the transaction once delivered because he was unable to pay the bill.
Seller was a bit racist when dealing with his customers. Don’t listen to the other 5 star reviews. They are not true. They’re probably his friends or family members who he asked to give him a 5 star rating on google so that he can fool and manipulate other people into believing his services are good. He gave me the middle finger when I went into his store. Buyer beware.

I came to ask about minor issue on my bike. Dex was kind enough to help me diagnose the problem and he went ahead and fixed it on spot. He was very kind and professional! If you’re ever in the downtown Toronto core and want a reliable bike mechanic, Dex is your guy !
