I was having back and neck pain on longer rides and my knee was bothering me. John spent a lot of time getting my bike adjusted to fit me and he was very meticulous. Because I have a bad knee he suggested that we shorten the pedal cranks to help. This made a huge difference. I went on a 100 mile ride in southern Utah and everything felt great. I would recommend John for bike fitting. I am going back to John this winter to fit another bike have for training.
