I recently had my Trek Lexa serviced after 5 years without riding. It was as if no time had passed and BikeFit treated me so kindly. Upon setting up my bike at home the next day I realized my back light was missing and couldn't find it at home. I stopped in to ask if one had been left on the bench and they kindly replaced it with no questions asked. They go above and beyond with great kindness. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for bike needs.
