John and his team are legends. They provide 11/10 customer service and always price fairly.
I love how honest the staff are in their recommendations and how helpful in general they are. They're all very knowledgeable on the bikes and it's a great way to go about sales. Also, they have a lot of the items which you may need for biking and can answer loads of questions. I definitely recommend them as a good bike shop! Almost all of my whole family has gotten bikes from them!
Zero rating honestly. I bought a brand new bike ( marin gravel ) on July 24th , 2 weeks later I had an issue with a shifter and front brake and when I called, they said bring it and we will keep it for 2 days and let you know the problem And it might take another week to fix it . It’s my fault that I did not ask all detailed questions before buying the bicycle. I think I learned I’m naïve As I just trust people. Please do not blame it on the busy season and how busy you are.
