Bad costumer service not helping costumer .. owner please evaluate your worker they only respect the costumr that looks intimidating too them or look it has money..
I needed a replacement bike seat clamp and the BikeFactory employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding experience!
A business will always flourish as long as two simple rules are followed - be nice to people and honor your word. When you're the "manager" and fail to do that, it's only a matter of time before the entire operation crumbles.
They don’t do any repairs anymore. Only sales. Dropped my bike off and then LATER they said that all their repair guys quit and to come get my bike. This place has gone downhill badly.
