Awful customer service over the phone. Blatantly rude, can’t wait to see how pleasant the service is in person although I have to wait 2 months for an appointment to just assess bike repairs.

If you’re looking to purchase a bike anytime soon, I highly recommend Bike Factory in Waipahu! I walked in and was immediately helped and directed to the exact bike I was looking for at a fair price. They made sure everything was tuned up, installed my new basket and kickstand, and even custom-cut my seat to make sure it was the perfect size. Kind people work here who know what they’re doing! ❤️
