Forbidden!! The bikes are in really bad shape and this is not a family business it’s a scam, this people are unconscious and ready to put you in danger to make money. We hire two electric bikes one of them derailed within 10 minutes and the electrical assistance of the second one stopped working after an hour. When we arrived to the shop we explained to them that we would like to go to Port Douglas by bike (we are French tourists) they said, you will be ok, no worries, without telling us the road was extremely dangerous. Hired an Urban bike to have a look around Palm Cove. Had so much advice from the lovely staff working there and got a map to ride the scenic path to Kewerra beach. The bike was the comfiest ride loved it. Highly recommended this place for a bike. Thanks a million ♀️🩷
Best fun, highly recommend, hired the electric scooters rode down the path to Trinity Beach and back, thank you Biked we enjoyed it a lot
Bikes were new and clean, helmet included. Staff were amazing and friendly, and gave a map of popular biking routes. Couldn’t recommend more
No fuss hire. Bikes were in great shape, we rode down to.the the marina in Trinity Park and had lunch at the Blue Water. Fun ride
