Tyler was a legend from start to finish. Really easy handover of my rental bike and was nice enough to come to collect the bike from my accommodation for a very small charge. The team evidently care about their customers and I felt really well looked after. Will be coming back

Honestly one of the worst customer services I've ever faced. Long story short, when we had issues with our hire they denied all responsibility and valued their bottom line over our experience. Now here's the full story: me and my girlfriend hired electric bikes for a full week, as we were planning to reach Cape Tribulation from Palm Cove. Made an online order for some knee pads. After two weeks without anything being shipped, I emailed several times over several days asking if or when it would be shipped. Eventually after not receiving any communication, I requested a refund. I only found out it was refunded after chasing them up again.
