Great place to hire a bike!
My family rented bikes twice from Courtney and crew at Biked during our stay in Palm Cove. They were very knowledgeable about the bike paths and mountain bike trails in the area. Their prices were great. Courtney went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Cannot recommend them any higher.
As someone who isn’t massively knowledgeable on bikes but wanted to get some sorted so I can take the kids with the wife on bike rides I was left absolutely amazed at the level of customer service I received from the team at Biked. I wasn’t treated any different because of my lack of knowledge and was assisted straight away with advice being offered. Well I went back here for a booked service and the lady there said sorry, mechanic not here today? But I booked it with her days before? WT? Uninterested in helping or suggestions of alternatives. Nothing! Poor show love! Won’t be back, ever! Oh , it doesn’t matter if you’re local either, Awesome service from the Palm Cove crew! Not Can’t do zero stars Otherwise
