Took my e-bike for a service here. Great service done on my bike with a polite and professional team working there, I would highly recommend this shop.
Courtney was wonderful She gave us excellennt advice on where to ride provided a detailed map and made sure we felt confident before setting off we had a fantastic 2 hour ride and thorougly enjoyed tge experience Her recommended!!!
Fantastic service and genuinely lovely people. I stopped in before Cairns Ironman needing something to keep my shoes dry, and they happily gave me a plastic bag that solved the problem perfectly. Such a small gesture, but it made a big difference on race day. Friendly, helpful and exactly the kind of local bike shop you want nearby. Highly recommended!
Came up for Cairns IM and had a minor issue with setup off the plane. The guy in the store was incredibly helpful and friendly.
