The bike came in the mail for my girlfriend and it has the wrong part. Customer service is terrible, they give you 2 phone numbers, and one of the numbers doesn't even work (you get a recording saying the number has been disconnected). The one phone number that does work, they do not answer, and instead you get an answering machine that tells you to email them. I bought a bicycle for my daughter the other day. It was fantastic experience! They have tons of selection and super fast easy service. I recommend every one of you who want to buy one.Its affordable and they will assemble it for you so nice!
Great service, lot lots options and upgrades. Customer service is great..... I felt like a woman shoe store.... Great prices..... Better bikes better then Walmart or any speciality store
Wide variety of selection and some parts & accessories. They do sell their stuff online but going to their showroom is Way better than shopping online because you can see, touch, and inspect the product before you buy. Wish they sell folding bike, too.
