I’ve rented bikes here before, and typically, the rental feels like I’m riding a Cadillac of a mountain bike—a well-oiled machine. Unfortunately, my third experience was with a subpar rental. I brought in quite a bit of business because I introduced some coworkers to mountain biking. About six of us signed up for rentals. The customer service was 5-star, but the bike was 1-star this time.
