Bought a Marin Bolas Ridge 2 from them this week and the tire went flat on the first day, but they were kind enough to comp a new tube for me and just charge labor for a few bucks. Thanks yall.
Terrible customer experience. 1) They sent the wrong product to me 2) it took 3 calls to them to get the RMA with shipping label sent to me. 3) 3 more calls to customer service and refund has still not been processed
I had an unpleasant experience at this shop.
There was a challenge with a custom wheel I needed for a new project. Before I even knew the extent of the issue, the owner Kerry McKoy personally intervened to coordinate a complete custom build. His hands-on follow-up turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience. In this day and age, I am shocked and highly appreciative of this level of exceptional customer service. This is the sort of thing you expect from your local bike shop, not a large-volume dealer. Thanks!
They got my bike to me in a timely manner but when I got the “new” bike it had old frayed cables and the disc brakes were not very responsive and squealed as I tried to stop. I believe they are probably worn as well..Why not just put new ones in if you’re going to sell it to a customer?… They clearly do not give a damn about their customers.
