I ordered XLAB RS7. The bike seems to live up to the hype so far but… they claim that each bike is assembled and then reassembled then packed for shipping. This was no the case with my bike. It arrived with Di2 batteries dead! After I assembled I could not get the bike to shift. After troubleshooting the issue I found that one of the shifters had dead batteries. Not a big deal they cost me like $13 but it was frustrating getting a brand new bike and not being able to ride it right away

Great customer service and communication from Kerry and his team. Managed to get 2 XLAB RS7 and some Look pedals from them. Definitely will shop with BikeBling again.

I bought a replacement expander plug for a Pinerello online from Bike Bling. The bolt did not look at all like what I was replacing so I called. The call failed but Kerry called me back immediately. We had an extended conversation about the expander and to make a long story short, problem solved. Kerry showed the same amount of attention for a $60 part as he would an expensive item so thanks!
