There was a challenge with a custom wheel I needed for a new project. Before I even knew the extent of the issue, the owner Kerry McKoy personally intervened to coordinate a complete custom build. His hands-on follow-up turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience. In this day and age, I am shocked and highly appreciative of this level of exceptional customer service. This is the sort of thing you expect from your local bike shop, not a large-volume dealer. Thanks!
They got my bike to me in a timely manner but when I got the “new” bike it had old frayed cables and the disc brakes were not very responsive and squealed as I tried to stop. I believe they are probably worn as well..Why not just put new ones in if you’re going to sell it to a customer?… They clearly do not give a damn about their customers.
Bike bling is great just bought a X-Lab AD-8. Last road bike was 15 years old. So I was a tire kicker when trying to decide which bike I wanted. The staff was very patient and presented several options at my price point....I had sticker shock for sure they accommodated several test rides to get the fit right. I ordered an X-Lab RS7 road bike from Bike Bling in April. Because I was one of many ordering this bike there was a back order involved. Kerry’s communication to me was outstanding! As good of an example of customer service as one could imagine! I am pleased that my bike arrived this morning via FedEx. I’m extremely impressed with how Bike Bling handled everything. Outstanding!! Highly recommend!!
