Went shopping to purchase my son his first “real” bike. The owner worked directly with me and said he had a great bike in the back that needed to be built. He asked us to come back in 30 mins, stayed open late, built the bike and let my son test drive it in the parking lot. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and was able to support a local business. I would recommend my friends and family to shop here.

Ordered tire Bike Bling couldn't get. They called me within 24hrs of my order and offered me a discount on a more expensive tire. I canceled my order as I didn't want a softer compound, but definitely appreciate them calling and getting everything resolved quickly.
