Bling online carried a vintage part for my bike shoes… and Kerry was super helpful via text to determine if they had the right part. There was a small confusion on a bike gloves purchase… but they made good and then some by gifting me an extra pair. Nice to have actual humans at the other end of the sale!
I regularly visit Bike Bling to pickup gear and parts for my road bike. I'm just a novice rider, but the staff is always helpful in answering my questions and recommending products. In November, I needed help in ordering a new Orbea bike. The owner, Kerry, called me on a Sunday and setup a conference call with the Orbea west coast representative who answered all my questions! Not many stores provide customer service like that. I just can't recommend Bike Bling enough.

Was a little nervous based on the reviews, but they had the only SC bike in the size and color my son wanted online. Sent note to owner and they responed back with pictures of the bike in box to relieve my concerns on their inventory situation. Arrived on the other side of the country a few days later (actually early) and son is now a happy camper.
