Friendly and knowledgeable. Called about a brake upgrade on a vintage 10 speed and they were able to point me in the right direction right away! Update: half a year later, I messed up and accidentally over-tightened my crank bearing retainer nut, stripped my one tool for that in the process, and was stuck mid-way a bearing replacement. Called Sean, stopped by with the bike, and he was happy and able to bust it loose and get me out of a jam, just like that.
Purchased a Hiplok from here, at a great price. It was packed up, shipped off and at my door much faster than anticipated. I appreciate their unique selection of items and prompt service!
Best bike shop I have come across in some time. Sean was really helpful in getting me pack parts via courier. Really enjoyed our bike packing discussion and rout finding. It's a gem.
BikeBike and Sean made my first bikepacking experience very enjoyable and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone to try it out, regardless of bike type. My trip was Big Elbow overnight trip, round trip 20km, which was an excellent introduction to bikepacking.
I’ve never failed to enjoy my visits to BikeBike - Sean has always been able to answer my questions, resolve my search for specific bikepacking accessories, and provide me with bikes of the highest calibre. Excellent advice, very knowledgable, the “go to” spot in town for bikepacking and cargo bikes, service and gear.
