Ridiculously unprofessional and rude, complete disregard for the safety of my son and his bike. Shady and unsafe. Stay away!!!
It is a rarity in this day and age that when you walk into a business asking for help and they actually come through for you. We had a situation that was very important to Kathy and myself that involved Kathy’s 83 year old mother with her bike. Pat had gotten a bungee cord wrapped around her sprocket and had fallen off of the bike. We could not get the cord out so we brought it to the shop. Brought my bike in for repairs on July 15th. Went back to check on it in August and they said they would get to it and call. Just went back today September 9th and the bike has not been touched. They said they COULD get to it. I took it with me.
Go elsewhere. Zero communication, over promised repair time, minimal customer service. Questionable E-bike knowledge. I bought a new E Bike that arrived with 2 flats. I called Bike Zone to see if they had the tube size in stock. I was told they had 2 in stock, and they should be able to get my bike back to me by end of day, so I dropped it off. I called them the next day to see if it was ready and was told that the tubes didn't fit...they didn't actually have the right size, but they tried to stuff the next size up in. Great... read more
I stopped in after my shifter broke on my ride from Boston to Provincetown. Despite being very busy, they made time to help me out and, while not being able to fully fix the shifter given internal cable routing and how busy they were, they were able to adjust the limit screw and get me out of the hardest gear, which was enough to get me the rest of the way to Provincetown. And they kindly insisted that this adjustment was on the house! Will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area.
