I got ripped off on a se bike when I had no knowledge about se bikes and I was hopping they would be helpful know that I have knowledge on se bikes they sold me a blocks flyer and I go home to realize that they sold me a so cal flyer for the same price as a blocks and so cals are significantly cheaper then the blocks flyer. Not that helpful to a beginner to get ripped off.
So happy we found this shop! We stopped in to grab a helmet for my son when we forgot his on a visit from NH. The shop is organized with a great selection of bikes and accessories. Damon the young man who assisted us was friendly and polite and super helpful. Looking forward to returning!!
Great shop! Got our 2 bikes tuned up and cleaned, and got some accessories. They were able to get us in and out quickly (with quality work and attention to detail), and got us back on the road! Thanks Bike Zone!
Friendly employees, great vibes at this Bike Zone location! The young guys who work here are so nice, polite and professional. The displays are great and the place is spotless. I just called to delay picking up my bike because of a problem with my bike rack, the employee was so nice in his response that it's no problem to come back tomorrow. I think most small bike shops would be annoyed because my finished bike will just be in the way.
