Unfortunately Mocha sold me a bike that was to large for me. I would really have expected him as an expert to inform me that the bike i intend to buy is a suboptimal fit. When I called about it, he did agreed to let me exchange it for another bike. However, when I came to the store he only offered me options with worse specs. I wished he had been transparent about that from the beginning, I could have avoided the whole trip and taking off work for still having an unsuitable bicycle. I had a great experience at this bike shop. The quality of the bikes is outstanding, and you can really see the attention to detail in every model. It’s hard to not fall in love with the pieces of art that the shop has — each bike feels carefully selected and beautifully presented. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who truly appreciates quality bikes.
