I recently purchased a Cannondale Scalpel Carbon 1 from this shop. The price was great, but unfortunately, the quality of the bike assembly and preparation was very disappointing. The fork arrived with a scratch, some of the cable housing was damaged, and, most importantly, the cable for the rear shock lockout was routed incorrectly. An extremely upsetting and humiliating experience with a rude, arrogant owner who demonstrated a shocking lack of tolerance towards children. I was standing beside my six-year-old son and supervising him the entire time. He briefly touched a few items displayed within his reach, including helmets and bicycle seats.
